No Physical Goods

SnapStay operates purely as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All services provided through our platform are entirely digital.

1. Digital Delivery Mechanism

Upon successful payment for a booking, rent, or service fee via our platform, you will receive the corresponding digital assets instantaneously or within a few minutes. Delivery of our service is considered complete when:

  • Booking Confirmations: An email confirmation and a digital receipt are sent to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment.
  • Digital Agreements: Generated lease agreements are delivered directly to your student dashboard and can be downloaded as PDF files.
  • Platform Access: Premium SaaS features (for owners) are unlocked digitally upon subscription payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because our services are digital, the standard delivery time is instant. In cases where the payment gateway (Cashfree) experiences delays in notifying our servers, digital delivery (e.g., booking status updates) may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your dashboard.

3. Failed Deliveries

If your bank account is debited but you do not receive a digital confirmation email or see the updated status on your SnapStay dashboard within 24 hours, please contact our support team. We will manually verify the payment status with our gateway provider and ensure the digital service is rendered or initiate a refund.
